Brand new villa with private pool with adjoining jacuzzi. The villa has a private entrance with the possibility of parking for two to six cars and is surrounded by a garden, palm trees and olive trees that make the environment very suggestive.
The structure consists of two air-conditioned double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower inside, a twin bedroom served by a further bathroom with shower in the corridor of the sleeping area.
In the villa there is a large air-conditioned living room with spectacular views of the swimming pool and the gulf of Castellammare del Golfo. On the back there is a large equipped area made of stone and covered by a magnificent wooden roof where you can find a large table with chairs, rocking chair, a comfortable barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a table football for your moments of leisure.
Next to the swimming pool we provide deck chairs and umbrellas for all our guests, certain that they will enjoy unforgettable moments of relaxation.
The villa is located near the Scopello area and the “Zingaro” oriented reserve. Castellammare del Golfo is very close and just 50m from the property there is a bakery / pizzeria.
